Defoamer Masterbatch for Plastic Defoaming

Our Defoaming Masterbatch is a type of additive that is added to moisturized plastic resins during the processing stage to eliminate moisture-related air bubbles, fish eyes.

Chemical theory: Calcium Oxide reacts with H2O, CaO acts as desiccant absorbing water.
Advantages: Masterbatch granules replace drying machines, higher effeciency.
Applications: PE / PP film blowing / casting, pipe extrusion, injection moulding, vacuum forming, bottle blowing, breathable film for baby diapers / sanitary pads.
